We offer a wide range of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will pack the goods according to our exact and precise specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and securely secured prior to shipment. We ship to thousands clients each day across multiple countries. The fact that we are dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the World is clear. Both Europe as well as the USA have warehouses and distribution centres.
Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
